A brand new duplex renovation that balanced practical family living with timeless design.
Inspired by the architecture and modern features of the new build, the interiors brought together refined aesthetics and functionality across two distinct yet connected homes. The main residence was designed to feel warm and streamlined, with robust finishes, smart storage, and a clean palette of white, black, and warm timber. Next door, the rental property echoed the same Scandinavian–Industrial aesthetic, tailored to attract design-conscious tenants. Exposed brick, black-framed windows, timber flooring, and striking lighting brought both homes together with a cohesive, modern edge.
