We refreshed the existing kitchen and bathroom to improve both functionality and aesthetic appeal, using high-quality, long-lasting materials. The design employed a contemporary style with subtle Art Deco influences to complement the building’s architecture, while also embracing our client's collectable items and sense of personality.

In the kitchen, we enhanced functionality by reconfiguring the layout to include a dedicated space for a washing machine, as well as additional smart cabinetry for optimal storage. The overall workspace was improved by relocating the oven and cooktop away from the back door, creating a more efficient cooking area with a recirculating rangehood. A small seating area was included for added convenience. White cabinetry was chosen to infuse the kitchen with brightness and visual cohesion.

In the bathroom, we maximised the limited space by relocating the toilet & vanity for a more functional layout. The new design is stylish and elegant, featuring a stunning piece of Brazilian Emerald Quartzite on the benchtop to add character and sophistication.
