Duplex Project

This brand new duplex renovation was designed to balance practical family living with timeless, modern interior design. Inspired by the architecture of the new build, Simpson Interiors created cohesive interiors that prioritise functionality, durability and visual appeal. The main residence was designed to feel warm and streamlined, featuring robust finishes, intelligent storage solutions and a refined palette of white, black and warm timber throughout.

The adjoining rental property mirrors the main home while being tailored to attract design conscious tenants. A Scandinavian industrial interior style was achieved through exposed brick, black framed windows, timber flooring and statement lighting. By aligning both interiors with a shared material palette and contemporary detailing, Simpson Interiors delivered two connected homes with a cohesive aesthetic and strong market appeal.
